In 2000
Ocean University of Qingdao Bioengineering Development Co., LTD, predecessor of SEAWIN, was founded on 18 August, 2000 in Xiaomai Island, marking the beginning of SEAWIN.

In 2002:
The first product of Haizhuangyuan seaweed fertilizer series was introduced to the market, which was very popular.

In 2004:
The SEAWINNER seaweed fertilizer series came into the international market, marking the beginning of SEAWIN’s internationalization path.

In 2006：
On 8 April, the headquarters of SEAWIN was moved to Qingdao National University Science Park at No. 23, East Hongkong Rd.
On 28 Dec, Jiaozhou production base was put into use, signifying a stride in development.

In 2007:
On 18 May, SEAWIN successfully developed the first seaweed bio-bacterial fertilizer in the seaweed fertilizer industry. SEAWIN held a dealers conference to seek common development.

In 2008：
During the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, as the member of the Algae disposal team, SEAWIN participated in Algae disposal for the first time.

In 2009：
In June, SEAWIN established the Algae harmless treatment and exploitation base in Jiaozhou production base, becoming the “Algae harmless treatment base in Qingdao” granted by Qingdao government.

In 2012：
On 16 April, SEAWIN donated amounts of Haizhuangyuan Algae fertilizer worthy of one million RMB for urban landscaping in Qingdao.
In November, SEAWIN built the first “Haizhuangyuan Institute of Agricultural Science”in seaweed fertilizer industry for achieving nationwide scientific agricultural service.

In 2013：
On 28 November, Ocean University of Qingdao Bioengineering Development Co., LTD was renamed after Qingdao Seawin Biotech Group CO., LTD., marking the transformation of venture company to large scale group company

In 2014：
In March, SEAWIN donated Algae fertilizer worth about 5 million RMB to the World Horticultural Exposition, becoming their exclusive fertilizer supplier.
On 8 April, Weihai Winsea Biotech Co., Ltd. was established to build the large scale marine biological resource exploitation base in Shandong.
On 8 June, the first ocean protection movable platform “Haizhuangyuan No 1” was put into use.
On 7 July, the third stage of Jiaozhou production base project “Qingdao High Value Algae Exploitation Base” was put into use.

In 2015：
On 19 April, SEAWIN was awarded “First Prize in Ocean Engineering Science” in the project of “Research and Demonstration of Harmless Treatment and Resource Utilization of Algae.
On 16 Oct, SEAWIN held the fifteenth anniversary and annual global brand conference. Our brand influence greatly improved.

In 2016：
On 26 June, the second ocean protection movable platform “Haizhuangyuan No 2” was put into use.
On 2 August, SEAWIN established its first oversea branch- Seawin Biotech USA Inc. in Los Angeles, USA

In 2017：
On 1 Sept, Weihai Rentai Biotech Co., LTD. was established. With rich kelp resources, we established the brown algae Polysaccharide production base, covering 130 thousand square meters. On 8 Sept, we established the second overseas branch --Seawin Biotech Australia Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia.
On 19 November, we launched the 100 thousand ton biological organic fertilizer project, and put it to use along with Winsea Biotech Co.,Ltd

In 2018：
On 28 May, the headquarter of SEAWIN was moved to No.127 Huizhiqiao Rd., High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Qingdao. SEAWIN built a new research institution there, covering nearly 20 thousand square meters, to reach a higher stage of enterprise development.
